The Crimean authorities will change the route of trains: they will stop at Vladislavovka station, then passengers will be transferred to buses, head of the region Sergey Aksenov said on Telegram.

Vladislavovka station is located in the east of Crimea and is part of the composition of the section of the railway Dzhankoy— Feodosiya. There is no direct rail link from Vladislavovka to Simferopol: first trains run north to Dzhankoy and only then head south to Simferopol.

On the morning of August 16, a fire broke out in the territory of temporary storage of ammunition in one of the military units in the Dzhankoysky district of Crimea, the Russian Defense Ministry reported. As a result, the ammunition detonated. According to Aksenov, two people were injured. The explosion site was cordoned off within a radius of 5 km. About 2,000 people have been evacuated.

Due to the explosions, a transformer station also caught fire in Dzhankoy. According to the Ministry of Energy of Russia, the power supply is not disrupted. By 9:14 the fire was localized.
