Aleksey Arestovich, Advisor to the Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky, in an interview with the Feigin Live Youtube channel (recognized as a foreign media agent in Russia) said that UN Secretary General Antoniou Guteres and Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan may try to convince Zelensky to agree to a diplomatic settlement of the conflict in Ukraine and to abandon plans to seize the liberated territories.
“It is quite possible that they will offer to abandon attempts to return the south and cease fire. In this case, I’m even afraid to reproduce that Zelensky’s answer to them,” Arestovich said.
He clarified that the President of Ukraine at the moment will refuse any peace initiative.
Recall that that the meeting of the leaders of the two countries and the United Nations should be held today in the city of Lvov. Earlier, Guteres arrived in Ukraine, where he will visit the port of Odessa as part of an agreement on food exports.
